PRIVACY POLICY

Wild Roots Wellness LLC  ·  Last updated: July 8, 2026

Your privacy is important to Wild Roots Wellness LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), owner of the Lighthouse Container program and related programs, courses, and services offered by Rachel Yeager, ND (collectively, the “Services”), including through drrachelyeager.com and the platforms where our Services are hosted. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect when you visit our sites, enroll in our Services, or communicate with us; how we use, protect, and disclose it; and your rights regarding it. By using our sites or Services, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, billing information, and any information you choose to share with us — including health-related information you voluntarily provide in forms, sessions, messages, or community posts as part of the Services. Information collected automatically: standard usage data such as device, browser, pages visited, and similar analytics information, including through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and administer the Services (enrollment, program access, scheduling, session preparation and notes, payment processing); to communicate with you about the Services, your progress, and updates; to send marketing emails you can opt out of at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us; and to improve our Services. Sessions and calls may be recorded or transcribed, including with AI-assisted note-taking software, solely for Rachel's private notes and preparation; these recordings and transcripts are not shared or published.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as our client-management and program-hosting platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel and community/course platforms), payment processing (Stripe), scheduling and video conferencing (e.g., Calendly, Zoom), email delivery, and transcription/note-taking tools — and only as needed for them to perform their services. These providers have their own privacy policies, and some may be located in other jurisdictions. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the safety of any person. If our business is acquired or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe and are encrypted under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). We do not see or store your full card number. Purchase transaction data is retained only as long as necessary to complete the transaction and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

5. What you share in the community

Our programs include member communities. Anything you voluntarily post is visible to other participants and shared at your own discretion; please choose carefully what you share. We are not responsible for other participants' use of information you voluntarily share.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our sites use cookies and similar technologies to operate, remember preferences, measure performance, and attribute visits, and may be used by third-party tools (such as analytics or advertising platforms) to serve or measure ads. You can set your browser to notify you of or block cookies. Because there is no consistent industry standard for “Do Not Track” signals, we do not currently respond to them.

7. Security

We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but payment data is encrypted and handled under PCI-DSS standards, and we use reputable providers with secure infrastructure.

8. Age

Our sites and Services are intended for adults. By using them, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Your rights and choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent to our contacting you, by submitting a request through drrachelyeager.com/contact. We will honor requests as required by applicable law; some information may be retained as needed for legal, accounting, or program-administration purposes. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and material changes will be noted by updating the date above. Please review this page periodically.
